Application:

In food industry,it is used as agent for baking,prevent oxidizing.In dairy product,it is used as emulsifier,prevent albumen coagulation.In solid beverage,it is used as buffer,chelate agent,emulsifier.

Packing:

It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner,and a woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

Storage and transport:

It should be stored in a dry,ventilative and clean warehouse,and it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
